What ever happened to things to things working properly...

What is it with new machines? You spend a fortune on getting a new system and its super awesome when it arrives, and then you discover the bloody ram is defective?! GRRRR... quite disheartening. I clockes up at least 5.3million RAM errors in a 6 hour run of MemTest86+ on tuesday night. Now bare in mind that the machine is still at the time of this post I've barely had the machine for a week.

I suppose the only good thing is that the manufacturer has been effective in sending a new package of ram out to me... i am hoping that this will indeed solve the problem and that I won't have to throw my toys again tomorrow for them to come replace the motherboard!

Time will tell...
